Running a riad is not one booking calendar. It is a chain of small operational decisions: which channel a guest came from, who cleans the room today, whether the police declaration got filed, what the month actually made after expenses. RiadPMS turns that scattered operational load into one dashboard, giving property owners the visibility to run three riads the way they used to run one.
The challenge
The operational load was hiding in a dozen places at once.
Bookings arrived through Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct messages, each in its own inbox. Cleaning got tracked in a notebook or a WhatsApp thread. Guest ID and police-declaration paperwork happened manually, per guest, per property — easy to fall behind on and hard to prove compliant when it mattered.
For the operator, bookings, tasks, compliance, and finances also needed to live in one controllable system rather than a collection of disconnected habits that only worked because someone remembered to check five places.
The move
We built the operations layer riads were missing.
Every property syncs its calendar across channels, so a booking on one platform blocks that date everywhere else. Cleaning and maintenance become assignable tasks with a status and, where relevant, a linked expense — not a mental checklist.
Guest ID capture and the police declaration are built into the booking flow itself, and a reports view rolls occupancy, revenue, and expenses up per property and across the whole portfolio.

Multi-channel calendar
Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings sync into one calendar per property, so a confirmed booking on any channel blocks that date everywhere else.
Task management
Cleaning and maintenance tasks assign to specific staff, track from pending to done, and can auto-generate a linked expense on completion.
Guest compliance
ID capture and the Moroccan police declaration (fiche) are built into the booking flow, with CNDP-compliant private storage.
Financial reporting
Occupancy, confirmed revenue, expenses, and net income roll up per property and across the portfolio, exportable as CSV.
Guest & inbox management
A unified inbox and guest record keep communication and booking history together instead of scattered across each channel's own app.
