How Much Does a Custom Website Cost in Morocco?

Short answer: a single landing page starts around 3,000 MAD, a full multipage site starts around 5,000 MAD, and a custom web platform starts around 10,000 MAD and up. Here's what actually moves that number, and why a custom build usually costs less over time than it looks upfront.

How Much It Costs, By Tier

Every website project we've scoped in Morocco lands in one of five tiers, depending on what the site actually has to do:

  • A landing page — from 3,000 MAD. One bespoke, conversion-focused page for a single offer, service, or campaign.
  • A multipage website — from 5,000 MAD. Up to 10 fully custom pages for a fuller brand and business presence.
  • A platform MVP — from 10,000 MAD. Accounts, content management, and payments — the point where a "website" becomes a real product.
  • A platform with native mobile apps — from 30,000 MAD. Everything in the MVP, plus dedicated iOS and Android apps published to the App Store and Google Play.
  • A full custom platform — from 60,000 MAD, quoted per scope. Real-time features, advanced workflows, and integrations with the tools a growing business already runs.

Every tier includes domain, hosting, and SSL free for the first year, basic SEO setup, analytics and pixel setup, and 30 days of post-launch support. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support after that starts at 1,500 MAD a month, if you'd rather we handled it.

What Actually Changes the Price

Bespoke design versus a template is the first fork. A template is cheaper because someone else already made the decisions; a custom design costs more because every layout, animation, and interaction is built around your brand specifically, not reused from a theme marketplace.

Content and page count matter more than people expect. A landing page and a 10-page multipage site are structurally similar work, repeated — more pages means more copywriting, more layouts, and more content to manage after launch.

Accounts, payments, and content management are what actually separate a website from a platform. The moment visitors need to log in, pay, or manage their own content, the project moves from front-end design work into real backend engineering.

Multilingual content — Arabic, French, and English, often all three for a Morocco-based business — adds real work: not just translated strings, but right-to-left layout for Arabic and a content structure that doesn't break when a page exists in three languages at once.

What We've Actually Built at Each Tier

These aren't hypothetical price bands. Enix, a Marrakech visual content agency, runs on a multipage marketing site and portfolio — category galleries, service pages, and a blog layer built for search. Verra Mariya is a full commerce platform: guest checkout, server-trusted totals, and a complete operator portal behind an editorial storefront. WenixHR is further up the scale again — a multi-tenant SaaS platform with face-recognition attendance and Philippine-compliant payroll, in the same tier as a full custom platform. Three real businesses, three different tiers, three different price points — because the tier follows what the business actually needs, not a fixed package.

Is a Template or Website Builder Cheaper?

Sometimes, yes — if you need something online this week and the content is simple, a builder like Wix or Squarespace is genuinely the right call, and we'll tell you that rather than sell you a custom build you don't need yet. But a builder rents you a template on someone else's platform, with their component library, their performance ceiling, and a monthly fee that never stops. A custom site is a one-time build you own outright: your code, your hosting, your branding, and no subscription tax on your own traffic.

How Long Does It Take?

Scope gets defined before a line of code is written, so the cost and the timeline are clear upfront, not a moving target. A landing page or multipage site typically moves in days to a few weeks. A platform MVP needs longer for the accounts, payments, and content-management layer underneath the design.

Our Approach

We build every tier the same way at Wenix: on Astro, React, and TypeScript, with the same in-house team from the first call to launch. Fixed pricing, full source-code ownership, and no lock-in, whether the project is a single landing page or a full platform.
